Although unique, this pattern was derived from early Victorian patterns which had their roots in Chinese porcelain, representing the spring with fallen prunus blossom onto cracked ice.Beautiful ceramics handmade in England. Everything is made in Burleigh's Victorian Pottery, in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire. Unique English designs since 1851. Burleigh uses the 200 year old decorating process of underglaze transfer printing. Famous for their beautiful Blue and White China patterns!
