What does it mean when a tea says "Available early/late..."? Is it in stock?
We are always trying to keep your favorite teas in stock. When a tea or item has a note in the description with its availability (ie. Available late May) most likely means we have either a very low stock or it is currently out of stock, and we are waiting for its arrival.
You are free to pre-order items with this description. We will do our best to verify with you that one or more of the items ordered are backordered. We will ship out the full order once we receive all items into stock. Additional shipping may be required if splitting the order.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard Shipping is a flat rate of $8.95 for US Domestic orders only (Excludes Hawaii and Alaska). Additional shipping may be required for International orders. Please email us for quotes if shipping outside of US continental.
When can I expect my order?
Our Warehouse is located in Rolling Hills Estates, California. Shipping days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10Am-2Pm.
We receive your orders in the morning and pack throughout the work day. We endeavour to dispatch orders received before 1pm (Mon, Wed, Fri) on the same day. Orders received after this time will be dispatched the next working day. You will be notified if goods are out of stock and have been discontinued.
Please allow 1-3 days for order processing.
We dispatch your orders via USPS or FedEx depending on weight, size, and destination of your package. Once shipped, delivery may take anywhere from 1 to 14 days.

What does the "BBD" mean on the description of teas/edibles?
The BBD is the Best Before Date. We are always receiving more tea and we want you know we are giving the freshest tea we can. For teas, we reflect the soonest best before date. We may or may not have later dates that noted.
What if the BBD of the tea has passed?
We always try to give you the freshest tea that we can. If there is a date on a product that has passed, this may mean we are currently sold out of fresh, but are selling the dated at a discount.
Teas are still safe to drink past their best before date. If stored properly, they can last up to two years more. The flavors may weaken after time. Feel free to contact us for any questions regarding freshness of tea.
My order is a gift, will there be a receipt included with prices?
All orders will include a sales receipt of all items purchased with prices.
If this is a gift, please specify in the note section of checking out that the order is a gift. We normally include a gift receipt that shows items purchased but no prices.

We guarantee your unconditional satisfaction.
We want you to be completely satisfied with anything you buy from Annie's Tea Time. If, for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied, we will refund the price of the product. We ask you to pay the shipping charges. If you want to exchange the product for another one, we ask you to pay shipping to send out the exchanged product.
If the return is a result of our error, we will gladly refund both the product and shipping cost.

How to Return Your Order
We will provide a refund according to your method of payment upon receipt of your return.
Please be sure to put the reason for your return on your sales receipt. If you do not have a copy of your sales receipt, write your name, address, email and reason for return on a separate piece of paper.
